  In order to further our investigation into the flooding incident that occurred in two barangays in Bayugo proper, Meycauayan, Bulacan, we made an effort to speak with or poll barangay officials to see if they were aware of what caused the flooding, when it occurred, what they did to address it, or how they intended to remedy it.                       Questions: 1.Lagi po ba binabaha ang lugar/Barangay nyo?
