The researcher surveyed in Brgy. Canalate Malolos Bulacan to know what the citizens' main concern for their barangay is, 5 out of 15 people said it was a pile of garbage in their area that caused a flood, which also received four votes in the survey. The garbage in the river and canal became clogged resulting in heavy flooding in their area every rainy season. Surprisingly, it is not the most pressing issue; the main issue is the double or illegal parking of a private vehicle, as well as the large number of motorcycles on the sides of the road, to which citizens are complaining. 7 out of 15 people believe that the district's lack of parking space is to blame for the traffic in their area because this makes the road narrow and dangerous for pedestrians, particularly children and students.
The favoritism in
barangay, the youth who hang out at night, and the lack of benefits in the
senior citizens get one vote each.
