According to the veterinary rescuers, they notice a cat with a sharp bow on its head, they immediately rush the cat to their veterinary clinic to perform the surgery to save the cat. 


"it was very very hard surgery because the arrow was in the brain, he's feeling well now, the government should act in this," Dr. Ronald Lunar


Hence, the person who hit the cat is still unidentifiable.


Meanwhile, netizens call out to the government that they need to do something that will protect the life of the animals, since by this time abusing the animals was rampant. On the other hand, legislators suggest that the punishment for animal abusers needs to be increased, from the current animal welfare act.
