Janice or known as @professionalmoodygirl uses TikTok as a platform for the app called aavia that helps girls/women who would like to track down their health, ovulation, period and mood swings caused by hormones. She said in a TikTok caption that health doesn't need to be complicated and costly. The design and concept of this app is a women-led and also an app that protects your data and privacy. 



As a marketing girl that works in a femtech she has been an advocate for hormone health. As a girl she want a new concept for a tracker and decided to introduced aavia to her followers. As of now it is number 6 on apple health and fitness. Based on the comments on her TikTok post the girls love and supports the app. 




She also added that if you are interested to know more about and monitor how your body works and to take good care of it, they offer the aavia app on iOS for free.

She also mentioned that her team is already working for the android version of the app so more people can access it.
