Hence, abundance of natural marine resources. However, due to the constant industrial development, fisherfolks are greatly affected not only in the present time but the future of the island. In fact this is their main source of income– fishery and boating (as mode of transportation). In the Philippines, barangays face a variety of challenges, from flooding to waste management. However, it is situated in Brgy. Canalate, Malolos presents a unique concern that defies expectations. Through interviews with its residents, a surprising revelation emerges: illegal parking is the most serious issue in this community. While flooding and waste segregation remain important issues, the prevalence of unauthorized vehicle placement along Canalate's main roads has outweighed these concerns in terms of urgency and significance.      A walk down Canalate's main road reveal

Tabe Guiguinto Bulacan is a community whose inhabitants are not originally from Bulacan but ended up in the town of Guiguinto because of their work, which is the main reason for their residence in the aforementioned area. The majority of the residents are from Mindanao and have been living here for over a decade now, next to RIS Industrial Complex. According to them, although this is not the municipality they are originally from, they felt that they belong here because, for them, they can easily earn more in the mentioned place to support and sustain their living on a daily basis. Although most of the neighborhood are not from the said area and are not relatives, this did not prevent them from building a harmonious and united community. Marilao, a municipality in Bulacan known for its food, the SM City Marilao, its rich culture and history, which was part of the Philippine-American war; Battle of the Marilao River (March 27, 1899). The infamous "Marilao River", Conserve Energy Future (CEF), one of the world's leading eco-conscious websites, has identified the top 19 most polluted rivers in the world which Marilao River ranked 6. Locals even called the Marilao River, "Basurahan ng Bulacan" as trash from all over the Province of Bulacan flows through it before it empties in Manila Bay thus polluting the bay even more. One of the major area affected by the flooding is the Barangay Tabing-Ilog, ironically named after being nearby an "Ilog" (River).   Sa bawat sulok ng Pilipinas, mula sa kabisera ng Maynila hanggang sa malalayong probinsya, ang komyuter at jeepney driver ay parte na ng pang-araw-araw na buhay ng mga Pilipino. Ang kanilang mga kwento ay salamin ng hirap at tagumpay, ng pagtitiis at pagsusumikap, at ng buhay na bumabalot sa mga kalsadang puno ng trapiko at ingay.  Parte ng bawat isa;  kultura ng madla, ganyan natin sinasalamin ang bawat jeepney na pumapasada. It is unarguably better and finally, some of the problems are already addressed and voices are already heard. We’ve featured many stories with the residents of Tabing Ilog, We collected and calculated the most general problems they encountered on our survey 1. It includes floods, garbage, and clogged canals.  The flood has undoubtably affected their livelihood. They faced several devastating aftermaths due to this. They have seen their houses swallowed by the waters right in front of their very eyes, and even witness a neighbor get their life taken away because of the disease that got contracted from the flood.
